ATL Membership

Membership in the Association for Tropical Lepidoptera is open to anyone interested in moths and butterflies, with emphasis on tropical species, their study and conservation. 

•  Helping to support ATL's journal, Tropical Lepidoptera Research, the world's only major journal dedicated to the study of butterflies and moths of the tropics. 
• Participation in a global network of Lepidoptera researchers and enthusiasts.
• Receipt of:
  a) periodic emailed UPDATES containing ATL news;
  b) the most-current ATL Membership List, showing members' interests;
  c) Annual Business Meeting Minutes.
• Voting eligibility in ATL elections. 

•  Regular membership: Includes hard copies of the two annual issues of the journal Tropical Lepidoptera Research mailed to the member, and, for authors, the ability to submit an unlimited number of papers to the journal.
• Digital membership: Digital members will receive PDF copies of journal publications, discounted conference fees for delivering a virtual presentation at the annual ATL meeting (when that option is available), and the opportunity to publish one paper per year, as lead or second author, in Tropical Lepidoptera Research.
